OPEN PON

The TiBit MicroPlug OPEN PON standard allows operators to purchase ONT from Antronix or from a multitude of other manufactures. 

Introducing Antronix's EdgePON-10X; an outdoor, rugged, compact, lightweight, low power, remote 10G XGS PON OLT for WISP, FISP, ISP, broadband operators, municipalities and defense industries. The EdgePON-10X has several powering options and can be equipped with an integrated fiber distribution system to make edge installations for subdivisions or apartment complexes a snap. The EdgePON-10X is light weight and can be mounted or a pole, to the side of building or on an OSP strand.

SFP+ OLT

The EdgePON-10X can be equipped with 1 Ciena's Tibit MicroPlug SFP+ OLT. Each SFP+ OLT can accommodate up to 128 subscribers for agile deployments of FTTX, FTTH or MDU PON deployments.
